Terms and Conditions for RV Inn Style Resorts

1. Introduction
Welcome to RV Inn Style Resorts. By accessing and using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website.
2. Use of the Website
- Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use this website and make bookings.
- License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our website for personal, non-commercial purposes.
- Prohibited Activities: You may not use the website for any unlawful purpose or in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair the website.
3. Booking and Reservations
- Third-Party Software: All bookings and reservations are processed through CampLife, a third-party booking software. By making a reservation, you agree to CampLife’s terms and conditions as well.
- Accuracy of Information: You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during the booking process is accurate and complete.
- Payment: Payment terms, including deposits and cancellations, are as follows.
- Deposits: Users can make a reservation with a refundable $100 deposit at the time of reservation. In addition to the deposit users will pay a $3.50 booking fee and $5.00 credit card processing fee.
- Payments: Users are required to pay their remaining reservation balance at time of check-in.
4. Cancellation and Refunds:

- Cancellations made 30+ days prior to their reservation receive a deposit refund. Cancellation made within 30 days of their arrival date are not eligible for a refund.
- Reservations that are made within 30 days of the arrival will automatically be disqualified for refunds.
- If the cancellation is made 30 days prior to the arrival date, the refund will be processed within two weeks from the date of cancellation.
- The following are considered “holidays” in the camping industry and are therefore non-refundable: Memorial Day, Independence Day, and Labor Day. Refunds do not apply to reservations inclusive of those holiday dates.
- No shows are charged in full.
5. Check-In and Check-Out
- Check-In: Check-in times vary by location and will be provided in your booking confirmation.
- Check-Out: Check-out times also vary by location and must be adhered to as stated in your booking confirmation.
6. User Responsibilities
- Conduct: You agree to conduct yourself in a respectful and lawful manner while on the premises of any RV Inn Style Resorts location.
- Damage: You are responsible for any damage caused to the property or facilities during your stay and may be charged for repairs or replacements.
7. Privacy Policy
- Data Collection: We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our website, you consent to such processing and warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.
- Third-Party Sharing: Information related to your bookings will be shared with CampLife to facilitate your reservation.
8. Intellectual Property
- Ownership: All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of RV Inn Style Resorts or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws.
- Use: You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of this website without express written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
- Disclaimer: RV Inn Style Resorts is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the website or any bookings made through CampLife.
- Service Availability: We do not guarantee that the website will be available at all times, and we are not liable for any downtime or technical issues.
10. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
11. Amendments
RV Inn Style Resorts reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
